What is Greatest ECO 5?

How to use the Greatest ECO 5?

• To measure nitrates in a product, select it from the list, wait for calibration to complete, and enter the device probe into the product. Wait 3 seconds and evaluate the result.
• The item in the "Radiation" menu allows to measure radiation background. Move the instrument 2-4 cm from the measured object and wait. The result is displayed.
• To measure water quality, select an item from the menu. Lower the probe into the water, press "measure," and the result will be displayed.

Depending on the nitrate measurement results, the Greatest displays the measurement result with the appropriate backlight:

• Green - the product contains a safe amount of nitrates;
• Yellow - nitrate concentration is at the limit of the permissible rate of nitrates for a certain product type;
• Red is a high level of nitrates.

Greatest ECO 5 measures the water stiffness level and displays the measurement results as 5 gradations:

• Soft - 0-160 ppm;
• Average stiffness - 160-240 ppm;
• Sufficiently rigid - 240-360 ppm;
• Rigid - 360-600 ppm;
• Very rigid - more than 600 ppm.

The radiation background measurement is also accompanied by visual information on the color screen of the ecotester.
